Attractive returns for institutional investors

The investment objective of the ARISTAMAX Fund is to generate attractive returns. To achieve this, the ARISTAMAX Fund invests in existing mortgage-backed debt securities and rights or loans to real estate and/or special purpose vehicles. The ARISTAMAX Fund can make investments in all real estate classes and invests in residential, office and commercial real estate. The investment focus of the ARISTAMAX Fund is on the Viennese real estate market. Vienna has been voted the most liveable city in the world several times. The city offers a high quality of life with an excellent infrastructure, clean air and many green spaces.

ARISTAMAX invests primarily in apartment buildings and residential properties as well as in existing and development properties. A holding period of 1-5 years is planned for properties in central Vienna and the surrounding area. The other properties are expected to be held for 1-10 years.
